How long does it take?
Database searches can be completed within two business days.
Detailed requests to the Fortnight Network are normally
open for Expert responses for a period of two weeks. Longer and shorter times
may be requested by the client.
The time needed for additional in-depth work, if desired, depends on the
specific project.
What is the cost?
Cost depends on the type of service you require. Our fee structure is
incremental, designed to minimize risk to our clients. The majority of the cost
is charged for learning the details of proposed solutions (and for more
in-depth research, if desired by the client). At each step in the process, a
Fortnight–client gate interaction specifies costs for the next
steps.
Due
to a cooperative agreement between the American Physical Society (APS) and
Fortnight, APS members, and companies that have an APS member as an employee,
can now receive a discount of several hundred dollars on each of their
first two uses of Fortnight’s services of at least $5,000.
